| St. Xavier's Convent School celebrates annual day | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, Dec 6: Saint Xavier's convent School Kathua celebrated annual day function in School auditorium.
Subash Chander Gupta Member Legislative Council and President District Congress Committee Kathua was the chief guest while Joginder Kumar Sudan Chief Education Officer Kathua was guest of honour. Kindergarten children presented various dances on retro songs and staged some message oriented shows as well. Students particularly toddlers give their best and hair raising performances. Punjabi Bhangra plays on Aisa Desh Hai Mera made viewers thrilled and excited. In his address, Subash Chander Gupta appreciated the students and school management for such a magnificent performance. He said that this school is giving quality education since it was opened. He asked the students to work with full honesty and punctuality to realize the goal of their parents and teacher. He added that in deciding future, responsibility squarely lies with both teachers and parents. Later, Gupta also distributed trophies and certificate to meritorious students for their extraordinary performances in different field.
Besides parents, students, Fr. Johnson 'Principal, Babu Ram Sharma of planning department Kathua, School Management and Principals of various other schools were also present on this occasion. |
