SAMBA, Dec 6: The Regional Director Survey and Land record who is also settlement officer Samba, Jammu and Kathua district, Rajesh Kumar Shavan visited the village Chak Jangi and met the land owners for creation of new hierarchy in the settlement organization, the settlement officer monitoring the work closely in this regard.
During the visit settlement officer accompanied by the Asst. Settlement Officer Sanjay Gupta, Tehsildar Samba and revenue staff.
The settlement organization organized a camp in Chak Jangi and made the public aware about the initiatives taken by the Govt for expediting the work of settlement in the state and read over Record of Right (ROR) to the land owners and made them aware the sanctity of settlement work. |
