Doda, Dec 9: Four delegates of Doda and Kishtwar regions headed by Mukesh Parihar, President of Region who attended National Conference at Hyderabad discussed the Educational system of J&K state with the delegates of different states, Universities and colleges of India. As per the release issued, interacting with the Patna University Student Council, General Secretary Anshu Kumari and Nisha Singh of Patna Law College Nisha Singh, Comrade Mukesh Parihar said that the J&K is the only state which has only two state Universities due to which the thousands of students remains deprived from pursuing regular higher education and are compelled to move to the others states for higher education. He also met with the Delegates of Assam, New Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Punjab and Andhra Pradesh State Council Delegates. In discussion with the Councilor of Jawahar Lal Nehru University, Student Council Rahila Parveen and New Delhi state Council Member Amrita Patil, Parihar said that there is hard need to make a reform in the education system of Jammu and Kashmir state so that better educational opportunities will be provided to the student community of the state. |
