Jammu, Dec 9: Bizzare it may sound but it is true. The controller examination official vehicle is being misused by him and was seen ferrying a 'Dog' from Trikuta Nagar to Jammu university.Sources said Jammu University administration has given a vehicle to the official for his official duties. "This is the glaring instance of misuse of official vehicle. Some of the vehicles allotted to various officials have bene taken back after reports of their misuse were reported," they said. "Most of the officials, sources said use their official vehicles for private use. Sometimes the vehicles are seen driven by the family members of the officials," they said."This is not the first instance when official vehicles are being misused," they asserted adding the misuse is common in the university. The VC was astonished when Early Times apprised him of the development. "I will look into it," he said. |
