| DDC for maintaining financial discipline in all departments | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Dec 9: Reviewing the functioning of R&B, JKPCC, PMGSY and EM&RE Departments, DDC Kishtwar Baseer Ahmed Khan made it categorically clear to the officers that no work should be started, without administrative approval and financial discipline has to be maintained at all costs.
While seeking details from the concerned officials regarding the allocation and expenditure of allotted budget, the DDC enquired about all the bottlenecks being faces by the Department.
He took the sector wise and Division wise details from R&B Divisions of Kishtwar, Marwah and Chatroo and directed the officials to submit monthly progress report of the schemes under district as well as state sector. The various projects under NABARAD and CRF were also discussed in detail.
Khan directed the concerned officials to expedite the work on various roads and bridges and complete all the pending works within a fixed time frame. He stressed for clearing all the compensation claims for all the structures that are needed to be dismantle for the completion of the projects.
He also asked them to ensure best quality of work in all projects and said that no compromise will be tolerated in this. |
