| NGO alleges 'shady working' within State Revenue Ministry by corrupt | | | early times report
Jammu, Dec 13: Expressing concerns over the 'unaccountability culture' prevalent in present society, NGO namely "People's Action & Public Accountability" (PAPA) said that no one including top political quarters ready to expose the shady working of state Revenue Ministry responsible for an overall mess in concerned department.
Citing example of the ongoing developments in context of Gole Gujral JDA land encroachment issue, the NGO namely "People's Action & Public Accountability" (PAPA) termed the fresh administrative action against patwari of the area as height of anarchy. PAPA alleged it is quite shocking on the part of top rank revenue & JDA officials of state particularly the Jammu administration when it just failed to notice the encroachment adjoining the big complex of revenue officials.
Lauding initiatives Minister for Urban Development Rigzin Jora, PAPA spokesperson said no doubt shown his strong will against the JDA land grabbing at Sidhra, Jammu last year but his initiatives were got restricted by some influential through their power corridor. PAPA statement also alleged that media too seems reluctant to work on investigation journalism reasons better known to them.
