| 2 women snatchers held with Rs 50,000 | | | Jammu, Dec 13: R. S. Pura Police today claimed to have arrested two women snatchers and recovered Rs 50,000 from their possession.
Police spokesman said that victim identified as Radha Devi of Chack Shekhan, RS Pura reported to RS Pura police that two unknown women have snatched Rs. 50,000 from her when she was coming out from State Bank of India, Main Bazar RS Pura.
Police spokesman said based on complaint, Police swing into the action and arrested the women. "During frisking police recovered Rs 50,000 from their possession.
Police identified the arrested women as Bhagyshri of Pachole Tehsil Narsingha Distt. Rajgarh (M.P) and Kali of Pachole Tehsil Narsingha Distt. Rajgarh (M.P).
Spokesman said that in this connection a case under FIR No. 225/13 under section 382 of RPC has registered at RS Pura police station and investigation is going on. |
