Man held after 2 years of chase in J&K 12/20/2013 10:02:17 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Dec 20 : A wanted absconder was arrested by police in Udhampur district. Khurshid Ahmed, resident of Bain Chenani, was held yesterday after surprise raids in the area. "He was wanted since 2011 in various cases under sections 354, 341, 323 of RPC registered against him at Chennai," police said.
