| Poor connectivity irks BSNL subscribers in Bhaderwah | | |

Bhaderwah, Jan 5: Residents of Bhaderwah are facing immense difficulties for the deplorable service being provided by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). The Poor connectivity irks especially broadband service of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in Bhaderwah and its adjoining areas has left subscribers high and dry with most of them threatening to shift to other service providers. As the poor connectivity particularly that of Cellphones and broadband has become a constant source of annoyance in Bhaderwah and adjoining areas, the BSNL subscribers there are forced to swap their connections with private mobile service provider companies.
Munish Manhas resident of Bhaderwah said that the service of broadband was so erratic that even browsing a page was difficult while most of the time the service gets disconnected .
"Downloading a small video file from any streaming video websites takes hours and trying to watch a video online is seemingly impossible" said Manhas. He further said that we were paying hefty amounts as bill for internet services of the company but the BSNL authorities are not bothered to provide us smooth services and adding that if the BSNL does not change its 'slack approach' towards its clientele and improve its services.
We will switch over to some other cellular company. Residents of Bhaderwah urged General Manager BSNL, Jammu Division and other concerned authorities to look into the matter and ensure better connectivity in the areas. |
