Poonch, Jan 5: In a major development in Poonch, PDP leader (Former Counselor) Jhangir alias Jungi along with his supporters joined National Conference (NC) in front of MLA Ajaz Ahmed Jan. All the members collectively approached Ajaz Ahmed Jan, MLA Haveli at W No. 2 city Poonch and announced joining of all in National Conference.All of them expressed their satisfaction over the works initiated by MLA in the constituency and particularly in Mandi and Poonch area and thanked MLA for his support their demands. They said that they have joined National Conference only for the MLA because he has shown tremendous work in the area. They added that Ajaz Jan has emerged and strong hold leader in the area and he is best way to approach even Chief Minister. They said that it is due to the policies of National Conference particularly Chief Minister Omar Abdullah that people are coming closer to the National Conference. He said that government is serious to mitigate all problems of the people and he is always highlighting the issues of Poonch before him and various issues have been mitigated by the Chief Minister. |
