HC directs Secy School Education to furnish report along with reply Promotion of I/C Principals Higher Secondary School Challenged 1/15/2014 10:18:36 PM Jammu, Jan 15: In a petition filed by one Narinder Kumar Sharma presently Senior Lecturer challenging the promotion of Incharge Principals of Higher Secondary School who are junior to him. The petitioner challenges these promotions on the ground that he was ignored on the ground that he has been regularized as lecturer with effect from August 1, 1994. Vacation Judge of J&K High Court Jammu Wing Justice Janak Raj Kotwal today after hearing Adv Rahil Raja appearing for the petitioner issued notice to the Commissioner/Secretary Education Dept returnable within four weeks and in the meanwhile court directs Commissioner/Secretary Education Dept that he shall accord consideration to the point raised by the petitioner in the petition and furnish report to the Court along with reply/objections.
