Jammu, Jan 15 : Vacation Judge of J&K High Court Jammu Wing Justice Janak Raj Kotwal has stayed the impugned selection list of teacher dated December 30, 2012 in respect of Middle School Kalali.
This direction has been passed in a petition filed by one Saleema Kosser in which her grievances is that her claim to the post of teacher in Middle School Kalali District Rajouri pursuant to advertisement notification dated October 5, 2013 has been illegal rejected , inasmuch as representation made by her prior to tentative list has not been disposed of.
After hearing Adv FA Natnoo appearing for the petitioner, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal issued notice to State of J&K Commissioner Education Dept, Director School Education Jammu, CEO Rajouri and ZEO Manjakote returnable within four weeks and list after service is complete. Court further directed that in the meantime subject to objections from other side and till next date before the Bench, the impugned selection list dated December 30, 2013 in respect of Middle School Kalali shall remain stayed. |
