It was the time that one
England returned gentle
men with roots in happy valley was ruling India at national capital & another simple gentlement hailing from the plains of Ganges holding railways portfolio was in the national capital. As it happend there occurred a railway accident in the South of the Country and many lives were lost and the man holdign the charge of railwasy resigned taking it as moral responsibility & in spite of best advice not to do so did it.
Now this happened decades back. Hwoever the wheels of time moved on & with passage of time China & Pakistan our neighbours the north, west & east invaded our countries internal & exteranl borders in the north & west & east. Jst later on morality got a snub at the hands of rich & powerful holding stringts of people’s lives using power & money started exercising it through manipulators who knew how to run the show for amsters who had kept the country in a byes & with moral truptidue laced with all forms of dishonesty & lacking integrity. Here remained only one God, the god of welath. All commodities of life and living skyrocketed wit pers in its eat in the capital. Teh minium cost of living was then Rs. 12/- to Rs. 15/- & Rs. 15/- to Rs. 23/- per day in villages and towns respectively as per planning commission & very many necessities of life in regard to cost of diesel, petrol, coal, transport, medical facilities electricity, water connections, besides housing etc are very hard to obtain. All the eatables such as food grains, vegetables, fruits, cooking gas, kerosen oil are costlier to the obtained from outide the coutnry are getting dearer in terms of only available dollar whcih was equivalent to Rs. 60/- to Rs. 66/- each presently. Whereas one may discuss the geographical health of the country which awas in doldrums & so the value of rupee plunged & plunges. Earlier Pakistan & China were quick in grabbing Indian territories in about 20000 Sq Kms. of our land which were not retrieved even in spite of camplaints to teh security council had not borne any tangible results in speicte of complaitns to UN & Security council.
As the complaints with U.N are put an understanding between Indian PM Jawahar Lal Nehru and the J&K P.M Sheikh Mohd Abdulla was coined & a fiction fo the insertion of Art. 370 in the Indian Constitution was settled by them which made the structure of our Constitutioinaltered of relations between J&K & mother Country quite Kinkeet one.
As the intentions of Pakistan wre dubious in attacket Indian areas in 1962 & we had to wage a war in 1956, 1964 & in 1989 Bangladesh was formed out of Pakistan in 1982 & with it as also war with china in 1972 whci had its bound of flesh in Ladakh area.
Now political conditions in India worscened Agricultural lands were devastated with ancertal land owners were moved into as proletariats & the proletariats made into land holders& bourgonise who then also occupied lands & some of them established their local address at Gupkar Road in the upper reache of Srinagar. Now the educated youth & people from the area of South of Pir Panchal started running from pillar to post to post to secure employment in north in teh sate but not ian any are of valley. There is no industry worht the anem in the valley as aslo in the sourth of the Pir Panchal ranges. Similar was the caste of Ladakh educated youth. There is no industry worth the name and if the educated youth fo the soucht of Pir Panjal seek employment they shall require political push & under means to seek Govt. employment. The daughers of Pir Panjil south residents & their girls of are married out & away of J&K, they are debarred to Secure property & service in J&K & so had to obtain prominent resident certificate of J&K by other means.
As it is the people of J&K if they migrate to Pak or Pok after obtaining terrorists & disruptionist activities & training with wives & children from Pak & Pok many enter the state with them can move to Nepal, U.P, Bihar & Can enter J&K & obtain all facilities by notification of teh J&K Govt. to allow them to settle in J&K with agrl. land & to be owner by them, & subsidies, Govt. servcies & to obtain land & property cost & funds & lonads.
As it happend there befell a calamity in the country when in 1984 a PM was murdered and thousands of the brave and patriotic sikhs lost their lives but nemesis did not succeed in granting retributino for that extent.
Now here in the coutnry the Delhi Govt coined the Food security bill to help masses & a bid to help the under privleged and the poor but now one hopes to pray that it succeeds.
Not long after in 1989 the minoriteis from happy valley feeling in secure moved of the ahppy valley & lakhs leaving behidn their hearts & homes to settle in Jammu in tersm & to othe rparts of the country. More so our neighbours in Pakistan are alout to attack our state, borders in Poonch, Rajouri, Kathua, Sopore, Samba, Jammu , R.S Pura etc and recently in Kishtwar and only god knws what happened is terms of losess to properities there. Ooe may say about the demographic change in population in our coutnry but hte exampl of Chinese Judical system is tere for all see that very recently it was in news of man fined by the Govt. Rs. 7 Crores for having a family comprising of 3 children, to settle in china which indian needs to emulates of control over population. And in the ned one is a appreciate theworty young CM of J&K who fostered the case of bright young men of valley & Jammu to get him inducted in the Indian Cricket team through the good offices of his reputed fatheer president of J&K state olympic Association & succeeded to a large extent. |
