Jammu, Feb 7 : All Jammu and Kashmir Movement for Peace and Justice, active member Kuldeep Kumar Rao, today said that though some areas have been benefited by creation of new administrative units, while in majority of cases, people are agitating for justice and have resorted to hunger or chain strikes. "This clearly shows that no criteria with regard to population, geographical compactness, area etc was fixed for the purpose", he said, and urged upon the government to ensure that the decisions made so is implemented in letter & spirit without further loss of time. Rao further appealed the coalition government that in case both the partners are really sincere in giving justice and true representation to all the three regions of the state, as they broadly claims, long awaited demand of de-limitation commission, in the coming assembly session, was met after fixing genuine and logical parameters for creation of new assembly and parliamentary seats worth mentioning. |
