DB grants two more weeks to file affidavit PIL regarding FIR against Judicial Magistrate 2/7/2014 11:22:13 PM Et Report Jammu, Feb 7 : In a Public Interest Litigation has been filed by two young Advocates namely Rajnish Raina and Prem Sadotra (presently Joint Secretary BAJ) against registration of F.I.R. no. 249/2013 against judicial officer of the State Judiciary by Police Station Sopore (Kashmir), A Special Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir and Justice Bansi Lal Bhat today has allowed two weeks time to senior AAG Gagan Basotra for filling fresh affidavit and explain the position. Division Bench after hearing Adv Rohit Kapoor for the PIL whereas Senior AAG Gagan Basotra appearing for the state in the open court observed that after considering affidavits filed by SHO Pulwama and IGP Kashmir are aimed at justifying the wrong which has been committed.(JNF)   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
