Burglaries and snatchers in City of Temples
Letter to Editor
2/13/2014 11:00:54 PM
Sir,
The crimes of theft and snatching have increased in and around Jammu city. Four men came at the home of Sham Sundar Lehar Advocate of Supreme court living in Bakshi Nagar. On the tip of Pistol they took some cash and Jewellery. At the same night, Mrs. Vashuda Sharma W/o Naveen Sharma R/o H.No. 189-A Rehari going on scooter with her husband, at the centre of Amphalla, two boys come on bike and snatched the purse of Mrs. Vashuda. I agree this incident is being done by those poeple who indulged in bad habits. Actually, I request the department of Police, especially, the Director General of Police, immediately install C.T.V cameras at every chowk. Those cameras should work properly not like Traffic lights. On the other hand please issue the licence of weapons at every home. Otherwise, these incidents will occur again and again as it happens in Metropolitan cities.
Your sincely
