| Stephen International School organises Debate Competition | | | | Miran Sahib: Stephens International Public School organized Sahodhaya-Inter-School Debate Competition titled 'Igniting Minds'. The topic of the debate was 'Internet does more harm than good'. The participants spoke in favour and against the Motion. It was a neck to neck competition where each tried to outshine the other to the best of his/her ability. The winners of the event were - First position - Agrim Babbar of Heritage School, Second position - Kamisha Sharma of B.S.F. Paloura and Tanupriya of Stephens School, Third position - Aayushree Shekhar of B.S.F. Paloura and consolation prize to Shivani Malhan of Army Public School Akhnoor. The Principal Satvinder Saini and Vice Principal Rama Jamwal congratulated the winner students and lauded the efforts of their teachers. Esther Williams, Principal Alexander Memorial and General Secretary Youth Talent Search Forum and Prof. H.L. Verma, Retd. Principal were the esteemed judges. The participating schools were G.D. Goenka, Banyan International, Heritage School, Air Force School Satwari, M.V. International, Army Public School Domana, Stephens International Public School, Army Public School Akhnoor and B.S.F. Paloura. |
