| Leopard kills villager | | |

Udhampur, Feb 13 : A villager was killed after he was mauled by a leopard in village Shtradi Sudhmahadev in block Chenani of district Udhampur.
The victim identified as Maqsud Ali (25) son of Ishtaq of Shtradi Sudhmahadev in block Chenani. Sources said that Masqsaud was attacked by a leopard when he was on way to home from nearby forest area. He received severe injuries and after hearing the cries some villagers came to his rescue and tok him to Sub-District hospital Chenani where doctors declared him as brought dead. After post-mortem the body was hand over to his family members for last rites. |
