Minor allegedly sodomized by cousin 2/13/2014 11:09:02 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Feb 13 : Police today arrested a 23 year-old old youth for allegedly kidnapping and sodomizing his minor cousin at Rthian in Udhampur. Police sources said that relatives of a minor (13) reported to Udhampur Police that Reaz son of Makhani of Rthian Udhampur District allegedly took minor to an isolated place and sodomized him.
