Early Times Report Kathua, Feb 19: A deputation of villages, Dilwan, Khanyara, Rakhey and Parnala today called on Deputy Commissioner Kathua and urged him to take action against Anchal Singh, a ration dealer at Village Dilwan alleging black marketing of ration. The deputation was led by the Parkash Singh, Harbans Singh, Sohan Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Sagar Singh and Jodh Singh. They apprised the Deputy Commissioner regarding the grievances and hardships which are being faced by the people due to the irregularities done by the dealer. They alleged that ration dealer Anchal Singh has openly been plundering and deceiving the innocent consumers by selling flour at Rs.10 Kg and Sugar is also at Rs. 15 than actual price to them for the last many years. And at most of the time the ration is also not given to the consumers because of carrying the black marketing by the dealer which is also doing since long, they alleged. They further alleged that illegal practice of the dealer is being done in connivance with CAPD officials. |
