PDP demands new Naibats, tehsils for Samba 2/19/2014 11:25:50 PM early times report Jammu, Feb 19: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Samba unit today alleged that Samba constituency has been given raw deal in the recent announcement of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah of creating new administrative units. Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader said that while new blocks have been created in the constituency, but now Naibats or tehsils have been given to the constituency, were people have to travel several kms to get even a simple work done. Sangral alleged that while the people across the state have welcomed the announcement of the National Conference-Congress government, but no time frame has been set, when these new units will start functioning and how the government will deal with the financial aspects.
