'AtoZ' Institute kicks off plantation drive at Rajouri

Rajouri, Mar 5: In order to show its deep concern over environmental issue, 'A to Z' Institute of Education Dhanore Rajouri organized a 15 days plantation drive to celebrate World Plantation Day/ World Forestry Day which falls on March 21.
The Institute has planned to plant saplings on 12 Kanal land in Dhanore area on Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University road so that to make it School forest.
The drive of plantation was launched by Chairman, A to Z Society Mohammad Aslam Mirza in presence of administrators Mohammad Sageer Mirza , Mohammad Zubair Mirza, Principal Mohammad Arif and teachers along with students participated in the drive.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman, A to Z Society Mohammad Aslam Mirza said that A to Z Institute of Education High School has launched Plantation drive 15 days prior to World Plantation Day. "We train students besides educating them and the present drive is also a part of the practical training, Mirza said.
"The drive will be continued till March 21 and atleast 12 kanal of land has been made a thrust area for plantation in Dhanore village, he said.
