| JKTWA hails EC decision | | | Jammu, Mar 7: J&K Teacher's Welfare Association has hailed the decision taken by the Election Commissioner, Jammu and subsequently by the CEO Jammu of revoking the transfers/deployment orders issued recently in the Education department due to enforcement of model code of conduct.
President of Association, Jasmeet Singh said that all the teacher's/ master's/ lecturers/ headmaster's have heaved a sigh of relief on getting the information of revoking of all transfers/ postings made within or outside in other districts. Many physically handicapped master's who were deployed in Jammu were posted on the available vacancies in the far-flung areas were the most worried lot, but on hearing the news of revoking all the orders, cheers came on their faces.
