BHADERWAH, Mar 7: National Panthers Student Union (NPSU) Provincial President Sachin Singh Sambyal alleged Chief Education Office Doda (CEO) Doda for violating Model Code of Conduct.
As per press release, Sambyal said Model Code of Conduct (MCC) being in-force immediately after the announcement of elections dates and schedule on the morning of March 5, 2014, many teachers are being relieved and are joining in violation of MCC.
He said that that five teachers have been transferred on March 5 despites MCC in force and joined today, even some are joining in back dates under pressure from CEO Doda. Samyal added that CEO Doda admitted and confirmed to him that transfers were made on March 4th, Samyal questioned that if these transfers were on March 4th, those stands ineffective on March 5 with the announcement of poll schedule and enforcement of MCC, so no one can be either relieved or can join. |
