Dejected over poor marks, Class 8th girl commits suicide 3/31/2014 11:30:03 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 31: Depressed over the poor performance, a class 8th girl student committed suicide by hanging herself in a room at her residence here in Jhajjar Kotli today. "The deceased has been identified as Anjali Devi (15), police sources said. Police sources quoting parents, said that the parents of the girl informed police after spotting the girl hanging in her room." Sources also added that the girl was upset over her result which was declared recently and she secured less marks as she was expecting. "Police after taking her body under its custody shifted it to the nearby Government Hospital for postmortem, they added.
