Jammu, Apr 28: As many as 5,098 eligible Kashmiri Pandit migrant voters, staying away from their homes, will vote at 13 special polling stations in Jammu on April 30 for Srinagar Parliamentary Constituency. Total number of voters from Srinagar Constituency were 36,015 out of which only 5,098 were registered, an official here today said. The official further added that out of 5,098 voters, 2569 are males and 2529 females, who, will vote at 13 polling stations set up in Jammu district. In Udhampur, total 72 eligible voters, will cast their vote on April 30. Total of 14 candidates have been left in the fray for LS polls in the Srinagar Parliamentary Constituency, which, will go to poll on April 30. J&K National Conference candidate and Union Minister Farooq Abdullah will have tough contest with J&K People's Democratic Party candidate Tariq Hameed Karra. Besides this, Fayaz Ahmad Bhat of Bharatiya Janta Party, Mohammad Maqbool Malik of J&K National Panthers Party, Dr. Raja Muzaffar Bhat of Aam Adami Party, Mushtaq Shamim of Akhil Bhartiya Muslim League(s), Aga Syed Mohsin, Bashir Mohd Reshi, Chetan Sharma, Rabia Altaf, Riyaz Ahmad Wani, Abdul Rashid Tantray, Mohd Shafi Guroo and Mirza Sajad Hussain Beigh (all Independents) are also in the fray.
