Jammu, Apr 28 : Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Puneet Gupta today granted six days police remand of teacher namely Shushant Sharma s/o Ram Nath Sharma r/o Adarsh Vihar who was arrested by the RS Pura police in much publicized 12th class paper scam. SI Sukhvinder Singh produced the accused in the Court, Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Mr. Puneet Gupta after going through the CD file observed that the accused was arrested in FIR NO 49/2014 registered with P/S RS Pura for commission of offences u/s 5(2) PC Act r/w section 409/109/120-B FPC, 5 UFME Act and police seeking his remand for investigation and granted remand up to May 3, 2014. |
