Kathua, May 4 : Police have arrested Narinder Kumar alias Jaggu of Peyaa Morh of Panchayat Gura Kalyal of tehsil Billawar for uploading obscene video clips of a twenty years old woman of the area on social networking site. The Police swung into action following the directions of Munsif Court, Billwar on an appeal of the victim. According to the reports, the victim, a private school teacher alleged that the accused had been making indecent proposals and advances towards her and on her refusal, had uploaded obscene video clips on internet to damage her image. The victim then approached the
Munsif Court Billawar which inturn directed the police to register a case against the accused. The police has arrested accused Narinder Singh and registered a case against him under section of RPCs 292, 66A,66E under IT Act. |
