JAMMU, May 4: Saraswati Temple Seva Mandli organised Vishal Bhandara on the installation of 15 new idols at Saraswati Temple, Colonels Colony, Bohri, on Sunday. The programme was started with Satsang followed by community kitchen in which large number of devotees participated.
The residents of the Colony appreciated the efforts of Seva Mandli for installing the new idols and hoped that the Seva Mandli will continue this endeavour and many other programmes will be organised in near future.
The idols were installed include Bhawan Ganpati, Bhagwan Shiva, Maa Parvati, Bhagwan Vishnu, Mahalaxmi, Maha Saraswati, Maha Kali, Radha- Krishna, Shri Ram, Maa Sita, Laxman, Hanuman, Sai Baba and Maa Sheetla.
Pertinent to mention here, 15 new idols were installed in the Saraswati Temple on Akshaya Tritiya by the Seva Samiti. |
