JKAECS elects office bearers 6/4/2014 9:49:03 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 4: Jammu and Kashmir Accounts Employees of Civil Secretariat (JKAECS) today elected its body in a meeting held attended by the Accounts Personnel working in Civli Secretariat. As per press release, Niyaz Ahmad Qadn as President, Syed Nasem Indrabi as Vice/President, Prtdiman Krishan Bhat as General Secretary, Mohd Yousuf Bhat as Secretary, Raghu bir as Publicity Secretary, G.N Tantray as Dy Publicity Secretary, Mohd Shafi Gilkar as Treasurer.
