Jammu, June 4: Jammu and Kashmir Cultural Academy (JKCA) today organized a Dogri Mushaira at Nagotra. The programme started with welcome address delivered by Dr. Chanchal Sharma, Asst. Editor of the Academy Raman Wazir Sarpanch was the Chief Guest while Kamal Singh Chairman was the Guest of honour.
Those who recited their poems were Puran Chand, Ashok Sharma, Ram Pual, Naryan Dutt, Bishaii'Dass, Vishal Dogra, Janak Raj Bhagat, Ram Kumar Bhagat, Ram Krishan, Subash Sumbrian, Prem Chand, Smt Chander Kanta and Kmr. Anu Rani and Ram Raj Sharma.
While speaking on-occasion, Chief Guest Raman Wazir thanked the Academy for holding such Mushira for the poor poets of the Area and hoped such activities like cultural programme in future also. |
