HC issues bailable warrants against CDPO Kishtwar

Jammu, June 4 : Justice Tashi Rabstan of J&K High Court today issued bailable warrants against Ashwani Parihar Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) Kishtwar during hearing of a petition from Reena Devi challenging the selection of Anganwari Workers in which Court also has summoned the record.
Justice Tashi Rabstan after hearing Adv GS Thakur appearing for the petitioner whereas AAG HA Siddiqui appearing for the state observed that neither the record has been produced by the respondents nor CDPO Kishtwar has appeared in person before Court and hence forth issued bail able warrants against Ashwani Parihar Child Development Project Officer Kishtwar in sym of Rs 5000/- to be executed through SSP Kishtwar for securing his presence in the Court on next date of hearing of case.(JNF)
