KATHUA, June 4: While appreciating Former Union Health Minister, Ghulam Nabi Azad for sanctioning a Medical College at District Kathua, senior Congress leader Babu Singh demanded the beginning of session from this year Babu Singh while addressing a press conference under the banner of Nature-Mankind Friendly Global Party (NMFGP) at its District office, Kathua here today, he included the issues of power crisis, unavailability of ration, water crisis and the issuance of Dogra Certificate as his priority demands and warned to launch a massive district wide movement under the banner of NMFGP if these issues are are not addressed in a time bound manner. Singh said that the Dogra Certificate-a compulsory document enabling people from the entire belt along North of Jawaharlal Tunnel for relaxation in the requisite height for recruitment in Army should be issued. Singh said in our neighbouring State Himachal Pradesh there is also such provision for giving relaxation in height for Dogras. "Our Government should also consider this," he suggested. |
