Kapil Pangotra gets Sher- e- Kashmir Award 6/27/2014 11:17:55 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 27:Kapil Pangotra who was conferred with Sher I Kashmir Award for outstanding performance in Taekwondo discipline for the year 2010-13 on the other day was feilcitated by the Rural Development Department According to a press statement, Kapil Pangotra S/o D N Pangotra, Advocate was conferred with Sher I Kashmir Award for his outstanding performance in Taekwondo discipline for the year 2010-13. Kapil had received the award from Chief Minister Omer Abdullah in the presence of Raman Bhalla, Sports Minister and MOS Feroz Ahmed Khan at SKICC, Srinagar on June 19.After this award ceremony at Srinagar, Shafiq Ahmed Raina( IAS), Director Rural Development Department facilitated Kapil who presently is working with Rural Development Department on getting the prestigious Sher-I -Kashmir Award for his excellence in Sport( Taekwondo.
