Poonch, June 27: Chief Education Officer (CEO), Poonch Abdul Hamid Fani constituted six teams of officers for surprise visit to various institutions in Zone Mandi and Sathra district Poonch on the complaints received from the public regarding increasing absenteeism amongst teaching staff in the area.The six teams comprising Subash Khajuria HOD, Vijay Puri HOD, S Balwant Singh HOD, M L Sharma HOD, Romesh Sharma Sr Lecturer; Mtr. Hamida Begum HOD, Kasturi Lal HOD, Anju Rishi Sr. Lecturer, Mtr. Nusrat Kouser Lect; S Kulwant Singh HOD, Muzafar Hussain Lecturer; Satpal Sharma Principal, Azrar Shah HOD, Muzaffar Hussain Lect; Narinder Suri DEPO, Noor Hussain Lecturer and M P Sharma HOD, Barkat Hussain Sr. Lecturer visited 69 schools falling under the jurisdiction of CEO Poonch. According to official statement, the teams at PS Bandian Zone Mandi found Mehroon Zohra teacher absent, at MS Baila Irfan Ali teacher was found absent, at GPS Lehar Mohd Sayed teacher, Anjum Hussain teacher were found absent, at High School Baila HM Mahroof Hussain, Arif Hussain Mir Master, Liaqat Hussain Master, Manjeet Singh PEM, Abdul Rashid Teacher, Keh Kashan teacher were found absent, at MS Bandi Moori Kenu Mohd Farooq Master was absent since 14-06-2014, at GMS Jallian Altaf Hussain Teacher was found absent, at GMS Nallah Sathra Mr. Musarat Ali Shah and Mtr. Afsha Bukhari were found absent, at GMS Jandrola Onkar Singh Master was found absent since 23-06-2014. At MPS Sathra Mohd Ashfaq teacher was found absent, at GMS Sathra Miss Gesu Jamwal teacher was found absent, at HS Fatehpur HM Mohd Rashid, Roma Devi Lib. Asstt., Noor Hussain Lab. Asstt. were found absent, at HSS Sawjian Principal Dalip Kumar Jaggi, Karamat Hussain Lect., Farooq Ahmed Lect., Yogesh Kumar Lect., Mohd Abdullah Lect., Ranjeet Singh AA Lect., Mohd Zaheer Academic Arrangement Lect., Sarita Sharma Master, Mohd Akram Master, Anjali Kapoor Master, Bhupinder Singh Master, Mohd Aslam teacher, Gurcharan Singh Sr. Asstt., Mohd Sarwar Class IV, Sajjad Ahmed Class IV were found absent, at HSS Boys Mandi Principal K.R. Verma, Abdul Rashid Lab Asstt also were found absent.
The statement also added that at HSS Loran Principal Mtr. Hamida Begum along with two Academic Arrangement Lecturers, Tejinder Singh teacher, Sr. Asstt. Ashok Kumar were found absent, at MS Mandi Qalab Abas teacher and Ravinder Singh PET were found absent, at PS Kalsan Mohd Aslam teacher was found absent, and at MS Azamabad Shaista Bano teacher and Mohd Muzaffer Teacher were found absent since long whereas at GMS Chella Irshad Begum Teacher was found absent since March 01, 2014 whereas at High School Dhangri Shahina Parveen teacher was found absent. "At MS Karran Sugufta Gul teacher and Zahira Begum Teacher were found absent, it said and added that the whole exercise was carried out under the supervision of A H Fani Chief Education Officer, Poonch.
On the directions passed by T.K Sharma Director School Education Jammu, all the concerned DDOs are directed to deduct the salary of the earring officials i.e. Masters, teachers, PEM, PET, Sr. Asstts, Lib. Asstt, Lab. Asstt and Class IV for the period they were found absent on non dies basis as penalty and the cases of Gazetted officers i.e. Principals, Lecturers, Headmasters who were found unauthorized absent are recommended for disciplinary action to Director School Education, Jammu. |
