kathua, July 4: One person died whereas seven others of a family are battling for life at District Hospital Kathua after consuming poisonous food at village Juthana here today.
Neeta Devi (15) Daughter of Babu Singh died on spot after taking routine beak fast while other members of the family Chatter Singh (65), son of Panjab Singh, Babu Singh (45), son of Chatter Singh, Asha Devi (14), Daughter of Babu Singh, Rekha Devi (17), Daughter of Babu Singh, Deep Singh (11), Partap Singh (8) and a baby of five years old Bharti, Daughter of Balwan Singh who is the relative of Babu Singh family were taken to the District Hospital when they were fallen suddenly unconscious and ill after taking the breakfast, but due to the lacking of proper and required medical facilities to treat them they all are referred to Govt Medical College Jammu by the Doctors of District Hospital Kathua. |
