| Kathua, July 9: Bhartya Janta Party (BJP) leaders have hailed the maiden Railway Budget of the Modi government as comprehensive, balanced and realistic. Senior BJP leader and District president Advocate Vijay Sharma said post the budget presentation, "The Rail Budget is comprehensive and realistic, and this government will complete ongoing projects on priority. The Railway Minister has given more efforts to complete all projects. BJP leader Advocate Gopal Mahajan said that Budget will be very healthy for the Indian Railways that will boost the revenue of the country also. Prem Nath Dogra, a senior leader BJP Kathua, State General Secretary of BJP Rajiv Jasrotia also have conveyed thanks to the Railway Ministry for increasing the frequency of train service between Banihal and Budgam. They hoped that Rajouri-Poonch, Lakahnpur-Bani, Billawar and Kathua are the important parts which would also be taken on priority for rail expansion. |
