Jammu, July 9: In a bid to bring the better health care to the door steps of people in Jammu region, the Max Super Specialty Hospital (MSSH) announced their endeavour to extend best healthcare services to the residents of Jammu and neighboring areas, by announcing formal tie-up with KC Mediplex Jammu and starting Super Specialty Services Out Patient Department (OPD) services in different faculties. Addressing a press conference here today in winter capital, Regional Head- Sales and Marketing at Max Healthcare, Hari Boolchandani, said "In India, not many have access to essential healthcare services, and the growing population is seeking quality medical care across specialties. At Max Healthcare, our goal is to make specialized healthcare services accessible to all." "With this vision in mind, we have launched OPD services for the residents of Jammu, he said adding, "our team of Cardiac and Urology doctors available at the OPD at KC Mediplex on July 13 and then on July 26-27." He told that Dr K K Talwar, Cardiologist and Dr Vimal Dassi, Urologist from MSSH, Saket will be consulting patients at KC Mediplex on July 13 while Dr Nitesh Rohtagi, Medical Oncologist and Dr Tanya Buckshee, IVF Specialist will be consulting patients on July 26 and Dr Anil Sharma, Bariatric Surgeon will be available on July 27. "Doctors from specialties like Cardiology, Urology, Minimal Access Surgery, IVF and Oncology will be conducting OPDs in Jammu on every third and fourth Sunday of the month, he added. "Max Healthcare has been already holding OPDs at Guwahati, Varanasi, Lucknow, Allahabad, Agra, Ranchi, Patna, Gwalior, Kanpur and Srinagar, he said. In her address Medical Director at KC Mediplex, Dr Shalu Mengi said "It is a privilege to be associated with Max Super Specialty Hospital which is a flagship hospital and a renowned name in Delhi and NCR.
