Jammu, July 9 : Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee members and senior leader Arun Kumar Sharma visited border villages of Vijaypur and attended a series of meetings. The team visited villages Rara, Rarian, Gho-Rakwalan, Mahal Shahan, Ramgarh, Rattanpur, with party team Bishamber Singh, Rajesh Kumar, Gulshan Lal, Joginder Singh, Onkar Singh. At village Rara people invited the attention of the leader towards the deteriorated condition main path of the Village and demanded immediate repair of the road. It was also demanded that the Low Voltage, shortage of electricity and electric poles in various places of both the villages Rara and Rarian. At village Mahal Shahan, a meeting was organized by Ved Parkash in which the attention of the leader was invited towards the poor condition of streets, non availability of electricity and water supply. The village Ramgarh & Rattanpur people demanded unemployment package to unemployed youth of the border and also highlight several issues. Sharma gave them a patient hearing and assured that their problems will be solved as an earliest and also stressed for supporting- Congress Party and himself too. |
