Female bootlegger held, 110 liquor pouches recovered

Jammu, Aug 7: Continuing the drive to check vandalism and to check illicit sale of liquor city following complaints about smuggling of illicit liquor, Narwal Police today arrested one female bootlegger alongwith huge consignment of the liquor which was recovered from her possession.
According to police sources, on specific information the police team from Narwal Police Station conducted raids in the area and arrested a woman alongwith 110 liquor pouches. "The accused has been identified namely as Asha Devi w/o Rocky of Rajiv Nagar, police said further adding, " a case stands registered against her at Police Station Trikuta Nagar and she was booked u/s 48 (A)."
