Jammu, Aug 7: Border Security Force (BSF) apprehended a suspect from the Outer Post of Pahadpur in district Kathua during the intervening night of Monday/Tuesday and after preliminary questioning handed over the same to the concerned police. According to police, the accused was allegedly making bid to ex-filterate to the Pakistan when he was apprehended by the BSF troops of 68 Bn and later handed him over to the Rajbagh police for further questioning and legal action. SHO Ragbagh, Sachinder Singh when contacted said that during questioning, police came to know that the suspect namely Sehdev Mishra of village Bhawanipur, Bihar was mentally disturbed and had been missing from his residence for the last four years. "The family members of the person also have lodged missing report in this connection in Bihar, he added. "Police accordingly, have made contact to Bihar police and his family members, he said adding, "Bihar police along with his family members are on way to Jammu to take the custody of said persons." |
