| Coalition Govt has done nothing for people: Reen | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 6 : Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Gandhi Nagar assembly segment, Amrik Singh Reen today cautioned the people against deceit tactics of ruling National Conference (NC) led coaltion.
Addressing meetings at Shankar Vihar, Trikuta Nagar Extension Reen reminded that people that during the last nearly six years Omar Abdullah led coalition government has done nothing for the people.
"At the fag-end of its tenure this government has started making announcement just to befool the people before Assembly elections", Reen said and cautioned the people against evil designs of National Conference which is notorious of indulged into deceitful tactics.
Reen said that during its nearly six year tenure, NC-Cong coalition government has done nothing to fulfil promises which his party had made with the people in 2008 assembly elections.
"Betraying people and abusing state apparatus to stifle voice of the common masses are the hall marks of this regime", he said and added that this worst-ever corrupt regime has proved as non performing liability on the people.
Party leader Surjeet Lour, Madan Chalotra, Hermeet Singh, Varinder Singh Sonu, Deepak handa, Ranbir Singh Manga, Parvesh Bali, Devinder Singh and others were present on the occasion. |
