| Sherkotala villagers forced to drink contaminated water | | |  Kathua, Oct 6 : A population of around 300-350families of a village Sherkotla in Panchayat Sahar in kandi belt of Kathua has been forced to drink contaminated water since long as concerned MLA and district administration just seemed slept over the gruesome issue, alleged by disttpresident BJP, Rajiv Jasrotia during his visit at the Sherkotla village on Monday.
He said people apprised me about their problems including frequent electricity cuts, low voltage and lacking of proper road connectivities. He said elected MLA has never seen to make his visit at this village to take the stock of problems of villagers and left them as ignored and neglected so far. Jasrotia said a Tube well was constructed few years ago but no pumping motor was installed till now which shows that how our representative is negligent and insensitive towards the issue. He urged the people to come with BJP to make its government the across the state to expel out such political chaps who turned the urges and needs of the people as mockery. |
