| Drivers scuffle, one stabbed | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 6: In a unusual incident heated arguments took an ugly turn when two drivers scuffled at Bus Stand and one of them was stabbed by the other, police sources said.
A case has been registered in this regard.
Police sources said that acting swiftly the concerned Bus Stand Police have apprehended the accused person.
Police sources said that verbal arguments between Kewal Krishan of Siot and Balvinder Singh of Nowshera turned ugly when Kewal was stabbed with sharp-edged weapon by his rival -Balvinder.
"Kewal was inflicted injuries at his chest and head and was left profusely bleeding when the fellow colleagues/drivers shifted him to Government Medical College and Hospital for treatment", police said.
A case in this connection stands registered under FIR no. 60/14 under sections 307 and 323 of RPC and 4/25 of Arms Act. Further investigations are on. |
