Jammu, Oct 9: Department of Posts is organizing a stamp design competition at the national level and is open for all citizens of India from 1st September to 15th October 2014.
According to press release, the theme of the said competition is "Clean India". The participants are to make an original design on the subject (should not be copy of picture painted by someone else).
The design could be in ink, water colour, oil colour or any other medium (computer printed/printout will not be allowed). The Department of Posts will give Rs 10,000-,for first, Rs 6,000- for second and Rs 4,000- for third position in the competition.
