srinagar, Dec 24: Faizan today helped Shaheen Football Academy Bemina take away the title trophy in the under-19 boys' knockout football tournament held at Polo Ground, here today under the banner of District Football Association (DFA), Srinagar.
In the final, Shaheen Academy made it a 2-0 win against Kashmir City Football Club, Kanipora. Both the goals came through Faizan. He struck in the 10th minute to guide the side take lead in the first half and then improved the margin netting the ball in the dying minutes of the play.
In the final and prize distribution function, former president of the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA), Nazir Ahmed Khan was chief guest, who gave away the winners and runners-up trophies. |
