Court awards two yrs imprisonment to driver in 'Bus Tragedy' 12/25/2014 12:10:27 AM Early Times Report Jammu/Rajouri, Dec 24: Special Mobile Magistrate Rajouri today awarded two years imprisonment to driver of the bus in a case of accident resulting to twelve casualties. After hearing both sides state and others with CPO Javed Khwaja appearing on behalf of state, the court awarded imprisonment to driver identified namely as Khaliq Hussain s/o Mohammad Hussain of Ujhan Thanamandi who was facing trial in a case u/s 279, 337, 304A RPC dtd 1/5/2003. According to case the driver was driving a bus JK02E 3457 which met with an accident Kotdhara village of Rajouri leading to nine casualties on the spot while three person succumbed to their injuries later during treatment.
