Absconder held after 5 years 12/25/2014 12:10:44 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 24: Satwari police today apprehended an absconder who was evading his arrest for last 5 years. "The absconder has been identified as Kulwant Singh of Narwal Pain, Jammu, police said. Police spokesman said that on specific information party led by Inspector Kulbir Singh Choudhary raided a place at Narwal Pain and arrested the accused who was absconding his arrest for the last five years in a criminal case. Spokesman further said that he was involved in a case under FIR No.91 u/s 341 and 323 of RPC and was evading his arrest for last 5 years.
