Jammu, Dec 25: In a PIL on implementation of AYUSH systems of Medicine to strengthen the public health system at all levels, a high court division bench of Chief Justice M M Kumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur directed that the needful be done before the next date of hearing.
After hearing both the sides, the bench observed that on the last date of hearing, the court had directed the chief secretary and others to file reply but the counsel for the respondents had sought some more time to file the reply.
The bench directed that the needful be now done before the next date of hearing with the observations that the same shall be subject to payment of Rs 2,500 as costs.
