Unprecedental Defeat of N.C Congress is the success of the OBC Mission Union Congratulate OBCs for such a role.

Kali Das

State OBCs who have been continuously strug gling for their constitutional rights particularly after the Apex Court's Judgment of 1992 on Mandal Report launched a scatting attack against the State ruling parties N.C. & Congress which deprived the State OBCs from their constitutional rights whose population is about 60% in the State.
On the basis of the Mandal Report OBCs have been getting the benefits 27% reservation in the centre services as well as in all the states. But J&K is the only State where due share of the State OBCs have been vertically distributed to RBA @20% & ALC @3% & only 2% reservation to the State OBCs on the name of OSC.
A separate OBC Certificate is issued to the OSC candidates for the centre jobs which clearly means that natural flow of justice has been delibrately stopped by N.C. & Congress.
State OBCs tried its level best to go against the N.C & Congress in the Lok Sabha elections and propagated this slogan throughout the state & the results of the Lok Sabha came to our expectations.
A similar campaign was started during the just concluded Assembly elections and state public in general & state OBCs in particular who were appealed not to defeat N.C & Congress but appealed for their uproot in the Assembly elections & the results are not only quite satisfactory but beyond that as Mr. Omar Abdullah lost his own one of the seats from the two constituencies.
In a meeting convened here under the chairmanship of its president Jenab Ab. Majid Malik, speakers & participants asked the new expected Govt. to be very cautious and must do justice with state OBCs and further asked the expected Govt. not to behave like N.C & Congress whose leaders Prof. Soz, G.N. Azad & Omar Abdullah always showed a proudly attitude & continued with their treacherous policies against the State OBCs by making the Mis-use of Art. 370. People of the State have shunt them out and now they can only talk of Art 370 & cannot make the mis-use of Art. 370.
It is also a warning to the Govt. to be formed soon not to make Art 370 a hurdle against the natural flow of justice for the State OBCs. Any Pol. Party if ignores the state OBCs shall face the similar defeat in future & so every Pol. Party must learn a lesson from this defeat of N.C. & Congress.
Mere talking about the Development without social justice will be meaningless, senseless & baseless and no Political Party can ignore the major chunk of the state population & if it happens it will considered as an Anarchy and a muscle force ruling & the state OBCs expect that now there will be no Jungle rule in the State under the garb of Art 370. Unprecedental defeat of N.C & Congress is not sentimental but the success of State OBCs under the aegis of AIBCU and deserve all appreciations.
Other prominents who shared their views were Ab. Rasool Malik, Khadim Hussain, K.D. Dalmotra, Master Sain Dass, Puran Chargotra, H.D. Betab, Gulam Rasool Najar, Kabir Qureshi, Prof. Kali Dass and many others.
